Plow crews across the metro prepare for what's next
While a handful of cities called snow emergencies, Minneapolis and St. Paul are not. The city of Minneapolis says crews are out plowing main routes and treating slippery spots as needed. Other city crews, and the state, are getting ready for whatever comes next. Esme Murphy has the details.
